REFUND POLICY

It is important that you fully understand our refund policy, as it outlines the privileges and limitations governed by the Blitz Publishers Policy.

Refunds are only available under certain conditions, which are detailed below:

Change of Mind:

• You are entitled to a 100% refund before our writers/editors begin work on your project.
• If you change your mind and decide not to proceed with the project within one hour of placing your order, you can request a full refund. After this period, a 40% processing fee will be charged for refunds.

Incompetent Delivery:

• Once the work is delivered, you may request a refund only after following the procedures outlined below:
• If the work does not meet the project requirements as you specified, we will provide unlimited revisions to ensure satisfaction. We are committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction and will reassign or rewrite your work as necessary.
• If we still cannot meet your requirements, a refund will be processed with mutual agreement on an appropriate percentage, but only in cases where the delivery is significantly off the mark.

Late Delivery:

• We aim for timely delivery, but if we fail to deliver the service on time after at least three attempts to contact us, a refund will be processed if documentary evidence shows that the late delivery was due to our fault.

Refund Time Frame:

• Refunds must be requested within 120 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be processed. It is important to be aware of the refund deadline when placing your order.

Cases where refund will not be issued:

• Minor technical errors, such as grammatical mistakes, typos, word count issues, or missing references, will not qualify for a full refund. In such cases, we will work with you to settle the issue by offering a partial refund or a discount for future purchases.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by the client.
• Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the quality of writing.
